Our approach grows out of our passion for results-oriented, progressive fitness combined with nutritional education. We don’t rely on gimmicks or diet fads, preferring to work with clients to create a healthy overall lifestyle.

Sound Body trainers keep their workouts creative and diverse and the nutritional education interesting and to the point. Enjoy a mix of circuit training, core rehabilitation, total body conditioning, boot camp exercises, cross-fit, yoga, Pilates and more.

About Katie Wygant

Katie is ready to help men and women tone up, increase lean muscle mass and sculpt their abs during Sound Body’s Get Lean Method.  During these 8 weeks you will get all of your workouts and custom nutrition counseling. Learn how to eat for leanness and sustained energy. Enjoy fun, creative workouts that produce maximum results for fat loss. This program is a unique system of dynamic training and state-of-the-art nutrition coaching that provides lasting results.

Aside from her extensive experience, clients adore Katie’s outgoing personality. Her infectious enthusiasm serves as a key motivator and helps make getting back in shape fun. She keeps her workouts creative and diverse as she leads her clients through the program.
