Two years before entering the Sound Body Fitness Get Lean Now program, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and went through neurosurgery and radiation treatments. I had always led a healthy, active lifestyle. However, my medical issue caused me to be weaker and to focus less on fitness. The treatments also caused permanent nerve damage, resulting in double vision and difficulty with balance. Katie customized her program to fit my needs. I am currently in the second series of her eight-week program and have already ran two half marathons and feel as
strong and energetic as I did prior to neurosurgery. Katie’s program is priceless—she met me at my level and has gradually helped me feel like my old self again
